The bags are running along a pair of rails on the machine, the rails open and supports the bags during filling. When the bags are filled, they pass through a sealing unit, where they are closed and sealed.
Side load bags are designed specifically for use on high-speed Side Pouch baggers. These bags are engineered to compliment the high production output of all Side Pouch bagger models.
Ideal for many applications, Side load bags are most often made of the same enhanced, linear low-density polyethylene as our Auto pre-opened bags on a roll.
However, they are available in a variety of other popular materials, including polypropylene, anti-static, biodegradable, and white/gray coex mailer.
Side load bags from APOP® are available unprinted, or may be custom printed in up to 8 colors. Bags are made to order with a wide range of configurations, including vent holes, tear notches and perforations.
